Nokia 1280 not charging problem can be solved with this usefull diagram as given bellow.check all that track with meter and if any value is broken make jumper as shown in it.

you may have to change these parts if problem can not be solve with only jumpring.you should also remove test mode dubble ristance if charging problem can not be solved with whole this diagram.
